Investing with secured loans

For investors seeking a 6-12% passive return on their investment WELL+H are interested to receive offers for secured loans. A charge is registered against the property to secure the asset against the monies that are lent. This is done through a solicitor and the charge is only removed once the loaned monies are paid back in full, with interest.

Joint Venture investment model
